Our Training Standards

At Fortunall, we recognize that thorough training is essential to delivering exceptional cleaning services. Our comprehensive training system is designed to equip our team members with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Below are some of the systems and processes we’ve implemented to ensure consistency, professionalism, and outstanding results.

Our Training Is Built on Three Pillars

How to Properly Perform Each Cleaning Task
Our training program includes detailed instruction on all cleaning protocols and best practices.
Team members learn the most effective techniques for each task, including dusting, disinfecting, vacuuming, damp mopping, equipment operation, machine handling, and much more.
This ensures precision, consistency, and exceptional quality in every area of your facility.

How to Perform According to the SOP Designed for Your Building
During the partnership process, we create a customized SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) based entirely on the needs of your building.
This SOP is then translated into a practical, easy-to-follow Cleaning Schedule, covering every task that must be executed systematically.
There is no guesswork.
Every detail our team may encounter is already documented, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high performance throughout the entire operation.

–> Color-Coded System: A Powerful Tool Against Cross-Contamination

To maintain a truly safe and hygienic environment, we use a strict color-coded system for all microfiber cloths and mop heads.
Each color is assigned to a specific area, preventing cross-contamination and ensuring higher cleaning standards across your facility.

–> Microfiber Cloths

  1. 🔵 Blue: glass surfaces
  2. 🟢 Green: general surfaces
  3. 🟡 Yellow: cafeteria & food prep
  4. 🔴 Pink: sinks, counters & dispensers
  5. ⚪ White: toilets & urinals

–> Damp Mop System

  1. Blue: restrooms
  2. Green: all other areas

And just to reinforce one of our core principles:
We never reuse mop water from one day to the next. Fresh, clean water is used for every visit always.

How to Do It Safely
